本项目针对 **OPPO A1 系列手机后盖**。其材料结构为透明基材底部粘合一整张彩色塑胶丝印片。
This project targets the OPPO A1 series back cover, featuring a multi-layer structure with a printed colored plastic sheet bonded to a transparent substrate.
由于层压工艺限制,印刷图案相对于整张大板的物理边缘存在不可避免的偏移和旋转偏差。传统机械靠位加工无法对准每一格“图案中心”,导致摄像头腰型孔开孔位移。
Due to process limits, printed patterns shift relative to physical edges. Traditional positioning fails to align with each pattern center, causing hole misalignment.
